    • Q – I don’t live anywhere near New York, can I still join?A – Yes of course, our exclusive membership online content is intended to benefit 3ds Max artists everywhere
    • Q – If i dont live near New York and I join can i get the membership T-shirt and Membership Card mailed to me?A – For now the Membership T-shirt and Membership card are ONLY available for pickup in person at one of our free monthly events. Just another reason to come visit NYC.
    • Q – Are Master Classes available for online viewing?A – Master Classes are currently only planned as live events that you must attend in person.
    • Q – If I join as an official member and then change my mind will I get a refund?A – No, all membership purchases are final with no refunds. Be aware that you have the option to only join for 6 months if you are not sure membership is right for you.
    • Q – Can I buy a membership T-shirt without having to Join as a member?A – Yes, Our membership T-shirt as well as many other items will be available soon for purchase on the website.
    • Q – Do I have to be an Official Member to upload images to the gallery?A – Yes even if you are not from the NYC area, as long as you are an Official Member you can submit your artwork/images to the gallery.
    • Q – Can I still join even if I don’t currently use 3ds Max?A – Yes of course, we welcome any artists who are interested in learning more about 3ds Max.
