August 16, 2016 Event"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As we find ourselves at the height of summer in NYC, we are pleased to invite you to our next meeting where we will be covering one of the hottest new topics for 3ds Max artists, the release of the Max to Arnold Renderer plugin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Presentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Arnold for 3ds Max<\/h2>\n<p>Joining us this month will be Ben Fischler,&nbsp;Industry Marketing Manager for Rendering from Solid Angle, developers of the hugely popular renderer Arnold that has been used in countless films, commercials and television shows. &nbsp;Recent rendering credits include X-Men: Apocalypse, Captain America:Civil War, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. &nbsp;The Arnold renderer has been previously available for other 3d platforms and finally has arrived (or &#8216;returned&#8217; if you know your history) to the 3ds max platform and we are thrilled that Ben will be joining us to answer all of your questions. &nbsp;The Arnold renderer is known for its ease of use and photoreal results so we are sure that no matter what field you work in, be it VFX or Arch\/Vis, this will be a very enlightening evening. &nbsp;For those of
